However, if you’re interested in one of our current speculative homes that’s under construction, please let us know so we can discuss the current stage it’s at and look at the products and materials we have ordered and used on the home to come up with the final sales price according to our proposed finish out of the home. Sometimes, we might have a little flexibility on the finish out selections. But we’ve done our best to preorder products for the availability, competitive pricing, and for what we believe to be a superior product for our clients.
